Thank you for visiting the Scarboro Figure Skating Club official website. These Terms & Conditions are between you and the Scarboro Figure Skating Club ("SFSC"), the organization that manages your use of this website ("the site") and its content.

By using the site, you have accepted these Terms & Conditions of use. SFSC reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice to you. Your continued use of the site after any changes have been posted implies your acceptance of those changes.

Use of Site

You warrant to the SFSC that you will not use the Site for any prohibited or unlawful purposes. You agree to not disable, damage, impair or interfere with the operation of this Site or interfere with usage or enjoyment of this site for other visitors. You agree and acknowledge that you are prohibited from obtaining or attempting to obtain materials or information from this Site through any non-intentional means made available or provided for by the SFSC through this Site.

Privacy

Each program participant is registered with Skate Canada, our governing body, for insurance purposes.

The site maintains the use of at least 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption when taking any personal information from you in the use of our Uplifter Registration Software.  It encrypts any passwords stored to safeguard against unauthorized access to your information. It never stores credit card numbers, card security information and expiry dates on its’ servers.  Uplifter Registration Software and database servers are in secured and monitored facilities not available to the public. The software and servers undergo regular maintenance, intrusion detection and vulnerability scanning.
